Yes, if you send (to: info@istes.org) the required documents (plain tickets, visa, copy of passport) before the deadline, you can pay the registration fee on-site. This payment option is available for participants who may have problems with bank transfers in their countries. 

Please check the hotel menu for the related information. If the information is not available on the related menu, that means the hotel does not provide any discount for children.

There is not any format for abstracts. Please register and enter your abstract submission as a plain text without any keywords or title in the abstract box in the conference system. Then, if it is accepted, you can download the acceptance letters from the conference system and upload your full paper which is not required to submit.
