Yes, you can pay the conference fee before the acceptance of your abstract. If your paper is rejected, you will get a refund.

No, you do not need to submit your full paper. It is your preference. If you do not submit your full paper by the deadline, then we will publish the abstract of your study in the abstract book.

One paper is allowed for one registration fee. If you have more than one paper, you need to pay 50 US dollars for each additional paper.
